How do I clean my VG?

Pull out the mouthpiece, remove the screen, and remove the wire coil below the screen. Run a pipe cleaner through the mouthpiece and pipe. Use an alcohol swab to clean the steel bowl and the wire coil.

What is that metal wire under the screen?

That metal wire is there to hold up the screen. Holding up the screen encourages uniform airflow over the entire surface of the screen, and this helps create uniform heating and vaporization. The wire can be removed and replaced with pliers.

My mouthpiece broke off, and now there is a little black plastic thing stuck in the pipe.

Buy a #4 size wood screw (usually the smallest size at your hardware store) and screw it into the black plastic piece. Only go in about 2 turns. Then pull the screw out with pliers. The black plastic piece will come out with the screw.

How do I remove the screen?

You pull it out, or unscrew/twist it. Use tweezers or a needle or something. We have no specific instructions on how to do this. Use your common sense. Its easy.

"Normally I don't send fan-mail about a product, but the VaporGenie is the best $50 I have ever spent. Also the shipping was a lot faster than I expected. Thank you so much for a cheap vapor alternative that in some ways is even better than more expensive models."
