This form is ONLY for VaporGenie users that already have a VaporGenie that discover they need new screens or a mouthpiece.

We provide free screens, mouthpieces, and pipecleaners as a friendly service for VaporGenie owners. Please do not abuse this service. Only request replacement parts if you really need them, right now, not if you might need them in the future, or to stockpile them. We want to continue to provide this service, but we will have to stop if people get carried away. Thank you.

You can use the pipe cleaners to clean your VG. They are made of soft cotton. The coarse kind is soft cotton in combination with stiff nylon bristles, like a toothbrush. The pipe cleaners will also clean out the plastic mouthpieces.

We ship parts in mini-bubble mailers via regular mail. As always, the return address is "VG".
