We have stopped selling Vaporgenies to a number of online retailers for misleading advertising, lying, and other unethical or dishonest behavior. So when you buy a VaporGenie from an online retailer-no matter who it is-you can be fairly confident that they will treat you well.

If a retail representative (online or physical) of our products treats you badly, we want to know about it! Please send us an email and tell us about your experience, good or bad. If we receive consistent complaints about particular retailers, we will absolutely stop selling to them. We have done this in the past to enforce our ethical business policy and will not hesitate to do it again. Our policy is simple: we dont do business with jerks.

Please do not buy VaporGenies on Amazon. All sellers of VaporGenie products on Amazon (except us) are UNAUTHORIZED. These unscrupulous sellers do not buy VaporGenies from us and refuse to adhere to our reseller agreements. We are working to eliminate this issue but in the mean time, all we can do is ask our customers not to risk buying from an unauthorized seller.
