The VaporGenie Lifetime Warranty

The VaporGenie is sold with a lifetime manufacturers warranty covering product defects and unreasonable failures. If your VG comes apart, cracks or otherwise fails with normal use, we will replace it. All we ask is that you send us a picture of the failure (by email). You do not need to return the broken VG. We do not provide free replacements for soot-clogged filters. Glass VGs are NOT covered against breakage.

It is very helpful to use the Macro feature of your camera (the flower icon). The image must be in .jpg format and no larger than 1000KB You may need to crop and/or shrink your image for the system to accept it.
