Its not that we don't want to hear from you. We just don't have the resources to answer the phone all day. If you want to talk to us, ask for our phone number by email, or email us your number and we will call you. We used to have our phone number on the website, but we got so many calls we couldn't deal with it. So its email only. Sorry.
