Subtract from an order:

Sorry you cannot do this. If you want to remove some things from your order, you are out of luck. You can cancel the ENTIRE order at the change/cancel page, but we cannot guarantee that it will actually be canceled since we do this manually.

Substitute an item in your order:

We can provide substitutions ONLY of equal value (e.g. send a VG of a different color or wood type). Please send the request through the change/cancel page.

Add to an order:

To add an additional item, complete another order for the additional items ONLY. Your original order will remain active, so you must go through the checkout process a second time. Include a note in the comments section that the second order should be added to your original order. Please provide the order number for the original order, so we can match it up. If you want priority mail service, you only need to pay for this ONCE (i.e. in one of the two orders that are to be combined). Please do NOT send us emails asking us to add stuff to your order. We cannot do this because we do not have access to your credit card information.

Cancel an order:

Go to the change/cancel page to request cancellation. Your order will be canceled provided that it has not already been shipped, however we do not guarantee this. We ship same-day or next-day. We process website orders from about 11am-5pm, Monday-Friday, so you need to cancel an order before the next afternoon. If you place an order at 1pm, it could be in the mail and out the door in less than 3 hours.

We do NOT have your credit card information!

Do NOT send us emails asking us to subtract from, add to, or change an order. We cannot do this. You must use the appropriate form. Also, we do not have access to your credit card information. We do not keep credit card information on file. So we cannot simply add charges to your card. Credit cards can only be charged through the checkout system on the VaporGenie website.
