I-Tal Hemp Wick Lighter
The Ital Hemp Wick is a wonderful flame source for use with your VaporGenie. The Ital Hemp Wick is an organic hemp twine saturated with organic beeswax. It burns hot and it burns clean, and it releases no butane flavors or toxic metals. The flame size is appropriate for the VaporGenie, and can be adjusted by tilting the wick (everyone knows how to do this, right?). Of course, you will need a lighter or other flame source for igniting the hempwick. You might detect a pleasant beeswax or honey aroma, or a nice woody smell from the hemp. Unlike butane flames, the Hemp Wick produces pleasant flavors even if the flame is disturbed (e.g. made to flicker by wind).
The wick burns at a rate of about 1 inch per 20 seconds. So, the Large Hempwick (15 feet / 4.6 meters long) burns for about 60 minutes, and the Supreme Spool (250 ft / 76 meters) burns for about 16.5 hours!
A minority of VaporGenie users (probably about 10-15%) are particularly sensitive to butane flavors, and find them disagreeable. For those that are sensitive to butane, the Ital Hempwick is strongly recommended.

| "Thanks Dan; Still loving my Genie, though sadly I recently lost my first (maple) one! Good thing I had a spare - and hence my latest investment against future such disasters. I sent you a note a while back expressing my appreciation of the genie and would like to further add that I really love the low odour of the genie exhaust. My nonsmoking wife loves it too as I no longer have the constant smell of smoke lingering about me. As smoking, quite rightly I might add, becomes less tolerated by those not partaking, the genie's vastly less odoriferous exhaust allows smokers to indulge in their habit amongst others with minimal offence. Ya don't get the lingering bad taste and bad breath either. Man, Unless my wife sees me vaporizing (vapourizing up here) she never knows I've been at it. I could never go back to actually smoking.
