Handcarved VGs

The Hand Carved VaporGenies have a deeper bowl compared to the classic pipe. This bowl is about 50% deeper. This deeper bowl allows you to load more material. Note that more stirring between tokes may be necessary when using the deeper bowl version with larger loads.

Both versions of the handcarved pipes are available in maple, walnut and teak. The teak wood is plantation grown.

The top and bottom are made of matching wood, though a perfect match is not possible because of natural color variations.   Length is 5.5 inches from mouthtip to the center of the bowl, which is about 1 inch longer than the classic. Some users say the handcarved pipe is a little easier to use because it is longer, and the filter top sits a little lower, which makes it easier to position the flame accurately.

The handcarved pipes are carved and finished by hand in upstate New York. The finish is a mixture of beeswax and carnauba wax. This natural finish is slightly less durable than the finish on the classic VaporGenie, but the wax finish is still quite durable, totally natural, and replenishable. With use and wear, it may be necessary to replenish the finish by buffing or rubbing beeswax into the wood. This can be done easily with a cloth and wax finishing compound, or with heated beeswax.

The bowl of the handcarved VaporGenie is held in place with a small amount of high-performance, high temperature epoxy. This adhesive is guaranteed to not outgas or produce vapors. There is no adhesive in the vapor flow path.

DO NOT use the handcarved pipe bottom as a conventional smoking pipe! This can cause the stainless steel bowl to become loose, thereby ruining it.

These pipes are NOT available for wholesale, so you will not find them anywhere except here on our website.

Smooth Handcarved

$65.00

The Smooth Handcarved is our new model. It uses exactly the same hardware as the Spiral Handcarved, and has the same functionality. Only the shape of the wood is different. The filter top is spherical instead of spiral fluted, and shown in the pictures. The Smooth Handcarved has a smaller footprint than the Spiral Handcarved. Other than that, the hardware and operation of both the Spiral and Smooth Handcarved pipes are exactly the same.

Be especially careful not to use the handcarved pipe as a conventional combustion pipe, as this can cause the bowl to become loose.

Other than that, the hardware and operation of both the Spiral and Smooth Handcarved pipes are exactly the same.

Be especially careful not to use the handcarved pipe as a conventional combustion pipe, as this can cause the bowl to become loose.

Replacement Handcarved Bottom

$30.00

I am very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the teak handcarved spiral VaporGenie. The concept of the design is ingenious, and the pipe is very comfortable and pleasant to hold. I love its portability, durability and style. I love the fact that this pipe will virtually never have to be cleaned, and it will always look good. The smell of the pipe is very minimal compared to the odor of a standard pipe. (I am hoping that the creative staff of the VaporGenie will eventually develop an attachable glass mouthpiece for this style.) This pipe is without a doubt the most effective vaporizing tool I have used...I'm thrilled beyond expectation!

I've had my teak spiral handcarved vaporgenie for almost 2 months now and I have to say it's the best piece ever. It can have a definite learning curve, but after a week you'll be pulling off amazing vape hits with ease. I love pretty much everything about it. It looks classy, it works amazingly well (without having to arse around with batteries or warm-up times or whatnot), and due to the construction with an enclosed bowl you can toss the VG around to a buddy or leave it on a dresser for later after hitting it without having to worry about any of your bowl spilling out should the VG get knocked off the shelf or something.

Also, EVERYONE loves it.Everyone who tries it is blown away, and I've heard "best pipe I've ever used" from several of my friends. The ONLY downside is that it can be tough to use if you're outside in a breeze or in a room with alot of moving air.

I bought a spiral handcarved a few months ago. I also purchase the poker and sleeve. These are my favorite smoke toys. A slow steady draw is the real key to maximum vapor. The wood helps keep the heat from your hands, as it surrounds the bowl and plates within.

I purchased a Walnut Handcarved VaporGenie a year ago (as of tomorrow actually) and it was the greatest piece I've ever bought. It looks stunning, is well made and has a very classy feel to it. I haven't had any issues with it, other than a brief period where it had an odd taste because I used it incorrectly (cleaning it fixed this problem).Well worth the money I payed for it.

I got the Teak VaporGenie. It feels really solid, high quality wood, and it works great. I think it's a little easier to use than the classic one. It seems like the bowl holds more too. like the finish too.
