| "I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with your product. I must say I was a bit skeptical about how well it would work. It sounded like it would be a little awkward and inefficient. I can't tell you how wrong I was, the hole for the flame is nice and deep making it comfortable to "bend" the flame down a little but just enough. The ceramic filter seems to heat up quite quickly and seems very efficient. I have been using this like crazy since I got it (which may be a bad thing lol); however it is so darn enjoyable.
